Parents are able to take up to 16 weeks paid for the birth of their child.
Our philosophy is that families these days are unique and diverse and we want to recognize the changing roles parents play in the family unit, no matter how your family is structured.
Some notes:
- You may take 16 weeks of paid leave at (or very shortly after) the time of the birth of the child.
- This must be taken in up to two blocks within a 12 month period of the birth.
- Salespeople may be required to take this leave in one block - speak to your leadership to determine what is permissable. The paid element of a qualifying leave for a sales employee consists of base salary only; no OTI payment will be made while on leave. A qualifying sales employee will receive this benefit during the paid leave period only if the leave is taken all at once. If the paid leave is broken up into multiple periods, the qualifying employee will only receive the benefit for the first paid leave period. All subsequent paid leave periods will not be eligible for this benefit.
